A rectangular hand-knotted wool rug with a dusty blue-gray field covering the majority of the surface. A large, ornate central medallion in warm rust, burnt orange, and gold dominates the center, surrounded by dense all-over geometric and floral fill motifs in teal, yellow, beige, and brown. The rug features a multi-layered border system — an inner geometric band, a wide main border with repeating floral and diamond motifs in rust and gold on a dark ground, and a narrow outer guard stripe. The pile is very low and tight, giving the surface a flat, woven appearance with visible knot texture. Short fringe edges in a natural cream-tan color finish the two short ends.
